Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL) gave a dividend of ₹79.82 crore to the Kerala government for the financial year 2024–25. The cheque was handed over to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan by ministers P. Rajeeve and K. Rajan, who are also CIAL directors. Managing director S. Suhas and company secretary Saji K. George attended the event. CIAL reported its highest ever figures this year. Total revenue reached ₹1,142 crore. Net profit was ₹489.84 crore. A statement confirmed these numbers. On September 27, 2025, at the annual general meeting, shareholders approved a 50% dividend payout. CIAL has about 33,000 shareholders from 25 countries. The Kerala government is the largest shareholder, owning 33.38% of the equity.
