December 11, 2025
Sri Venkateswara University Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (SVU RUSA) CEO Vamsi Krishna Rayala advised students to make their startup ideas meet international standards. This happened at the ‘Capacity Building Programme on Entrepreneurship & Startup Development – From Idea to Execution’. The week-long training was held at Vikrama Simhapuri University (VSU) Kakutur campus in SPSR Nellore district on Thursday.
Mr. Vamsi Krishna shared important insights about startups, how to turn ideas into plans, and the opportunities in industries. “A good idea alone is not enough for a startup to succeed, the students must understand key aspects such as market research, financial planning, risk management, product validation, and customer feedback,” he said. He also explained incubation support, funding schemes, startup grants, and mentorship from government and private groups.
He stressed that courage, constant learning, networking, and strong technical knowledge help overcome startup challenges. Students asked many questions about starting a business, business models, and how to talk to investors. Mr. Rayala answered with clear explanations.
VSU Vice-Chancellor Allam Srinivasarao said such training is vital to turn ideas into successful businesses. He urged students to use their creativity and skills to find new business chances instead of relying just on traditional jobs. He said market knowledge, clear plans, teamwork, and ongoing innovation are key to startup success. He promised full university support and financial help for promising startup ideas.
