Farmer Arrested for Pushing Uncle to Death in Property Dispute in Chintamani

Kencharlahalli police arrested a 35-year-old farmer named Madhusudan on Sunday. He is accused of pushing his uncle, K.L. Narayanaswamy, to death during a property dispute on Friday night. The incident took place in Gurrampalli village, Chintamani taluk. Madhusudan and Narayanaswamy were neighbours with frequent arguments over ancestral property. On Friday night, Madhusudan caused a disturbance outside Narayanaswamy's house, accusing his uncle's family of trouble. When Narayanaswamy stepped out to confront him, a fight broke out. Madhusudan allegedly pushed his uncle, who fell against an iron gate and suffered a serious head injury. Narayanaswamy was taken to the hospital but died from his injuries. The police have charged Madhusudan with murder and the investigation continues.
