Two people were killed in a suspected "rolling terror attack" in northern Israel, police said. The attacker first ran over a pedestrian in the eastern city of Beit Shean. Then, he drove on and stabbed a woman near Ein Harod, about 8 miles west of Beit Shean. The suspect was shot and wounded by a civilian bystander. Police said the attacker is a Palestinian Authority resident from the occupied West Bank. Israel's Magen David Adom emergency service confirmed that the victim struck in Beit Shean was a 68-year-old man. The stabbing victim near Ein Harod was an 18-year-old woman.
