Chief of Defence Staff, General Anil Chauhan, will review the Combined Graduation Parade for the 216 Course. He will also give the President’s Commission to the graduating trainees at the Air Force Academy in Dundigal on December 13. The parade signals the completion of pre-commissioning training for flight cadets of the Indian Air Force. Wings and brevets will be presented to cadets from the Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard, and trainees from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The best cadet from the Flying branch will be awarded the President’s Plaque and the Nawanagar Sword of Honour. The event will include performances by Akash Ganga, the Air Warrior Drill Team, scheduled fly-pasts, and stunning aerobatic displays.
